Beauty and suffering are counterparts in life. Because we’re wired for survival, we often focus more on the suffering. The brain is ever-vigilant, watching for trouble on the horizon. So we may need to make an effort to open space for the beauty. November is when we collectively open our hearts to connection, abundance, and gratitude.
