- Qigong (pronounced CHEE-GOONG) includes gentle meditative movement, breathing, & healing imagery. Qigong can be beneficial for cancer, illness, chronic pain, immune system, lymphatic system, digestion, cardiovascular health, falls prevention, & stress.
- Tai Chi (aka taijiquan) evolved from Qigong as an internal martial art that promotes focus, mind-body coordination, strength, & balance. It involves learning a series of slow-motion martial arts movements choreographed together in a sequence or "form."
- Lori teaches a hybrid blend of Qigong & Tai Chi that is easily accessible to all populations & abilities.
