20 ONLINE CLASSES
Twenty (20) class passes for any 60-minute online class via Zoom.
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 4-5PM (Pacific) YIN YOGA. Rest deeply in therapeutic seated & reclining stretches held for 5 minutes each. Safely stretch connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, & fascia) with soft, sustained traction. Beneficial for joints, flexibility, organ health, energetic meridians, immune system, mental clarity, stress resilience, & emotional well-being. Have a few props ready like a yoga bolster (or cushion or firm pillows), yoga block (or thick book or foam roller), yoga strap (or towel or soft belt), and blankets.
FRIDAYS 4-5PM (Pacific) QIGONG. Flow with gentle movement, breathing, & healing imagery. This meditative blend of Qigong & Tai Chi is easily accessible to all populations & abilities. Beneficial for cancer, illness, chronic pain, immune system, lymphatic system, digestion, cardiovascular health, falls prevention, & stress. Ends with 10-minute meditation.
- After completing your class pack purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. In the email under DOWNLOADS INFORMATION, there is a .pdf you can download. The .pdf document contains the Zoom link for your class(es). Click the link when it is time to join class.
- No need to pre-register for a specific class date. Just log in & your attendance will be counted against your class package. You will receive a reminder when your class pack is running out.
- You will automatically be muted when you join. Feel free to have your own video on or off during class.
