Track 1: Standing to Floor Yoga: 
​Includes gentle arm, neck, and shoulder stretches, a standing balance, floor stretches for hips and hamstrings, and an ending relaxation pose. (20 min)
Track 2: Floor Yoga: Includes kneeling and reclining stretches, and an ending relaxation pose. (23 min)
