A 60-minute online class via Zoom. Rest deeply in therapeutic seated & reclining stretches held for 5 minutes each. Safely stretch connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, & fascia) with soft, sustained traction. Beneficial for joints, flexibility, organ health, energetic meridians, immune system, mental clarity, stress resilience, & emotional well-being.
PROPS: Have a few props ready like a yoga bolster (or cushion or firm pillows), yoga block (or thick book or foam roller), yoga strap (or towel or soft belt), and blankets.
