Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Online 6-week series + half-day silent retreat
In-Person 8-week series + half-day silent retreat


Cultivate your skill at navigating life by engaging with present moment awareness. This is a highly experiential training where​ learning comes from direct experience in your daily practice & from class discussion. In class, you will explore the practices of sitting meditation, body scans, & gentle movement, followed by group sharing. At home, you will practice mindfulness daily with guided recordings. Included is a Saturday silent retreat offering an opportunity to deepen your practice.

Online 6-week series: $90 members, $120 non-members
