We are made of energy, and we need energy to survive. It can be helpful to regularly do a bit of energetic housekeeping. Sweep aside unhelpful thoughts, air out the heart, and cleanse the body of stagnant energy. Refresh and recharge by: 1) redirecting the mind toward more helpful thinking, 2) processing emotions through journaling, talking with a friend, or having a good laugh or cry, and 3) moving the body or soaking in the vitality of nature.
