When we’re having a hard time getting motivated to do something, outlining a step-by-step plan can help. Even something as simple as preparing a meal is not that simple. We must choose what to cook, find a recipe, make a grocery list, go shopping, unpack the groceries, prepare the ingredients, and create the meal. That’s a lot of little steps.
